Eau De Vie ~ Raspberry

In true european tradition, our fresh from the orchard, Alberta Raspberries are harvested and macerated in alcohol for several months until all the flavor is drawn from the fruit. This liquid is then distilled in our copper pot, to preserve all the fruits flavor into this clean, smooth spirit. This is technically a brandy but is most similar to a smooth flavored vodka. Dont settle for a vodka with added flavoring, try our pure Raspberry Eau de Vie in your next cocktail.
